24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
A credit card is required to reserve an appointment.
luxe & luna adheres to a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.
Please call us at 615-454-4949 if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Any cancellations or no-shows with less than 24-hours of notice will be charged $25 for each 15 minutes of scheduled service(s) ie any 60 minute facial or massage will be a flat $100 fee.
As a small, appointment-based business, this is truly the only way we can keep our doors open.
We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your continued support.
ARRIVAL
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow yourself time to get comfortable and enjoy complimentary refreshments in our spa lounge.
JEWELRY AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Most services flow best without the interference of jewelry. We recommend leaving your valuables at home as we’re not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items.
PHONE ETIQUETTE
To preserve a relaxing atmosphere for all our guests, we ask for cell phones to be silenced during your time at luxe & luna.
RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
We hope that you are delighted with your luxe & luna purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a store credit on most products IF returned to us within 14 days of purchase— *provided they are in their original packaging, unopened and unused.
**However Biologique Recherche does not accept returns. Therefore, these products CANNOT be returned.
PRECAUTIONS
If you’re pregnant, have allergies, medical conditions, or are taking medications, please consult with your physician to determine which services are right for you.
Be sure to inform your technician of any medical condition or concern before your service begins.
UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE
At this time, luxe & luna does not offer massage therapy for guests under 18 years of age.
ZERO TOLERANCE DISCLAIMER
All massage sessions are strictly professional. Any suggestive statements, inappropriate jokes, innuendoes, or actions will result in immediate termination of the session wherein the client pays the full cost of the service. Individuals who violate this policy will be blocked from all future appointments at luxe & luna.
